Looking for analyst for PE Advisory practice (Investment Banking), for the team that focuses on companies in their early growth stage.

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities
* Developing valuation model, business case (Information memorandum)
* Liaising with clients and investors (for transaction activities like data gathering, due diligence, termsheets, etc)
* Supporting the team in its origination activities and developing and managing relations with investors

Profile requirements:
* Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, out of the box thinking
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Entrepreneurial, with ability to deliver goals & make an impact. Good project manager
* Attention to detail
* Team player
* Mature, ability to engage at all levels of the organization
* Strong academic background (MBA/ CA)
* Relevant experience: 0-2 yrs for analyst
